In-person Event Filming | Our team has extensive experience filming live events, conducting on-site interviews, filming discussion panels and live entertainment. 

Virtual Event Pre-Recorded Filming | This opens the door for creativity! Give your attendees a unique virtual experience that will make your conference unforgettable. Some examples of services we’ve provided are artist illustrations, which are done live and can be split-screened as a PIP during a speaker session. We’ve also produced an on-demand health and well-being library with resources like meditation and stretching classes.

Project | Know Diabetes by Heart, Night at the Apollo Theater with Angela Bassett

Location | New York, New York

Services Provided | Film content for the virtual event hosted by the American Heart Association & Know Diabetes by Heart, “Night at the Apollo with Angela Bassett”. Our crew provided all pre-production planning, filming, post-production, acquired all talent (actors, musicians, dancers), styling, and HMUA for talent. All content was then stitched together to create the final program (aired in May 2021) for viewers all over the world.

Event | GitLab SKO 2021 Annual Sales Meeting

Location | Vancouver, Canada

Services Provided | Conference videography and photography for GitLab’s annual sales conference. Services included 1-day turnaround of photos, and video editing. Post production included editing of all breakout sessions into separate videos, merging power presentations, creating an event sizzle reel, and sending all video assets to the client via online platform.
